Executive Team

  • Andrew Wilson
    President

    Andrew Wilson is the President of The JGW Group. He holds a BS degree in Marketing and Communications. Before joining JGW Group, he had previous executive positions at Marsteller International, Brussels, BE and a Marketing Coordinator position with Pratt & Whitney for international sales.

    Andrew joined the company in 1981 and has honed his expertise in the areas of international offset and sales, the co- production marketplace, defense marketing and program management, and aerospace marketing. His expertise is wide ranging but has focused in the CBRNE sector for the past 20 years, where he has brought significant business to JGW Group clients. Since 1995 he has lead the JGW Group as President of the company, and is currently the majority shareholder of the business.

  • Jerry Leurs
    Vice President

    Jerry Leurs is the Vice President at the JGW Group. He holds a BA Degree in International Business and Marketing.  Before joining the JGW Group he held a position as a Fixed Asset Analyst with Solectron Electronics in their European financial services centre.

    Jerry has been building and expanding his business development and marketing expertise over the past 10 years at JGW servicing a wide array of clients, supporting a wide range of activities and projects between defense  industry and governments that has brought JGW clients tremendous success over the years.

  • Jack O'Neil
    Vice President

    Mr. O'Neil received a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1978, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Colgate Darden School at the University of Virginia in 1984. 

    Mr. O'Neil joined JGW International Ltd. in 1984 as a Marketing Executive and subsequently developed and implemented an overall business plan for entry into the U.S. market by a European electronic instrumentation firm.  His experiences include managing diverse military and commercial projects, conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis, coordinating review and assessment of new project opportunities, assisting in formation of joint venture partnerships and developing and presenting technical briefings.  Mr. O'Neil is also experienced in developing and submitting, comprehensive proposals to Government Agencies and Prime Contractors.

  • Marshall James
    Training Director

    Marshall Keith James, a nationally recognized mail security expert has more than 35 years of experience in counter terrorism.  Mr. James has spent the past decade focused on the development and implementation of methods for protecting the nation’s critical infrastructure from mail borne threats. His technical designs and operational processes currently support a wide range of Government and commercial clients.
